Little Rock Attorneys Dustin McDaniel and David Couch today announced the creation of a ballot question committee – Arkansas Tourism Alliance – to oppose efforts by Fair Play for Arkansas to amend the Arkansas Constitution and eliminate the Pope County casino license.
